1. General Policy for Digital Products & Services
Due to the digital and immediately accessible nature of our course materials (including video lectures, PDFs, tips, and tricks), we generally do not offer refunds once a course has been purchased and access has been granted. This is to protect the intellectual property of our unique “Magic Mathematics” methodology.
2. Circumstances for a Refund Request
We understand, however, that exceptions can occur. Refund requests will be considered under the following specific circumstances:
- Technical Inaccessibility: If you are unable to access the course content due to a persistent technical fault on our platform, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time (e.g., 72 hours).
- Duplicate Payment: If you have been charged twice for the same course or service.
- Course Not As Described: If the delivered course content is significantly different from what was described on our website. (Note: Not matching personal expectations does not qualify).
3. Refund Request Procedure
To request a refund, you must:

- Use the subject line: “Refund Request – [Your Name] – [Course Name]”.
- Clearly state your reason for the refund request and provide your full name and the transaction ID from your payment receipt.
We will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 7-10 business days.
4. Policy for Live Batches / Coaching Programs
For our live, cohort-based courses:
- A partial refund may be available if a student withdraws before the commencement of the first live session. An administrative fee may be deducted.
- No refunds will be provided once the live batch has started, as a seat has been reserved for you, denying another student the opportunity.
5. Approved Refunds
If your refund is approved, we will initiate a credit to your original method of payment. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account will depend on your bank or payment processor’s policies, but it typically takes 7-14 business days.
